This product is suitable for the hand-feel processing and finishing of various fiber fabrics, providing a smooth, loose, and elastic hand-feel while imparting a certain hydrophilicity to the fabric. The excellent exhaustion rate keeps the original color of the fabric intact, without affecting the color shade and brightness of the original fabric. It has good chemical stability and can be used in combination with other cationic hand-feel auxiliaries.

1. When applied to the processing and finishing of cotton, polyester, T/C, CVC, and other fabrics, it provides a distinct smooth and loose-elastic hand-feel.
2. It has excellent softness, smoothness, fineness, and elasticity, endowing the fabric with a certain hydrophilicity.
3. It has no color change, does not alter the original color of the fabric, and does not affect the color shade and brightness of the original fabric.
4. It has good chemical stability, without phenomena such as oil floating and silicone spots.

• It is recommended to use the padding method for better results.
  • Padding method:
    • Suggested process: (one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads, with a liquid pickup of 70 - 80%) → drying → heat setting
    • Suggested dosage: 30 - 80g/L
  • Immersion method:
    • Suggested process: Immersion (60°C × 20min constant temperature) → draining → rinsing → drying
    • Suggested dosage: 3% o.w.f - 5% o.w.f
      The specific dosage and process should be determined according to the actual situation.

1. A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be carried out in advance.
